"The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee, which is a staple most places, was out of a machine instead of being brewed. That doesn't take much effort. The breakfast consisted of stale muffins and cold cereal. Otherwise the place was awsome."

"The gentlemen who greeted us upon arrival, ushered us to breakfast and helped us pack up our vehicle upon departure was phenomenal!!! He never missed a beat and was the most memorable host I have ever encountered at a hotel!!! The young gal who was putting out the food for breakfast was having a meltdown in front of customers and was speaking poorly of their staff who were preparing the food. It was not a good look. Overall, our stay was nice. Noise carried from room to room, so it was hard to sleep soundly between doors shutting, people talking, etc. The rooms were nice. The front lobby could use an upgrade (furniture, etc. was worn/dated)."

"Loved this place! So unique and such a great location right by the gondola! The rooms were huge and everything was spotless. The staff were very friendly and my husband and I felt right at home. Would definitely visit again."

"We had a super time during our overnight visit. The Lodge is well located, easy to park and use the gondolas to get to mtn village and town. The restaurant is great. The pool/hot tub is fantastic. We came back after check out and a bike ride for a late lunch and hot tub on Sunday."

"An amazing stay in a beautiful location. Cabin was absolutely perfect, from the great central location to all the beautiful towns in the San Juans to the peacefulness of the property it self you couldn’t ask for more! We will definitely be back next year, probably more than once ;)"
