"The grounds are lovely and well maintained by the couple that stay on site, Jose & Sandra. They are friendly and soooo helpful. The house is as pictured, but we never did see the game room or the pool table. The other thing I would note is that the pool does need some tile work. Aside from that, I would definitely say that the stay was made more relaxing and enjoyable because of Sandra who handled the daily chores and Jose who handled the daily maintenance. "The place was very nice. It felt like home coming from the US. It was one story which worked out for my in laws which are elderly. Was plenty of room for at least 6 people. The pool was the best. "There is no AC in the main house only in the bedrooms. The owners live on the property so there is no privacy. The pool needs repairs all the tiles are falling off. The Balinese beds are dirty. The ropes holding the hammocks are worn out and I fell off the hammock. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. I feel the price is too high for what the home and amenities are."
