Welcome to El Salvador and to Happy Farallon Beach house! Our property is family friendly with grass covered tended gardens, coconut trees, hammock terrace, nice sized swimming pool, barbecue area, open spaces, fully equipped Kitchen and plenty of parking for family and friends. The Estate has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All with air conditioners and ceiling fans. There are 4 TV´s and various games available. The property has panoramic view to the ocean and private access to the beach. It also has private security, a guard-house and a domestic service area and room. Our beach house boasts of awesome sunsets and it is new in the rental market, minimum stay 2 nights, take advantage now! ESTATE DESCRIPTION: POOL & GARDENS: amazing pool with view, barbecue area, outdoor showers, bathroom. MAIN HOUSE: 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, equipped Kitchen, Breakfast bar, main living room and spacious terrace with different views to the Ocean. My only complaint is that the two largest rooms (with the most beds) share a bathroom. but overall the best service, the best care. groundskeeper will grocery shop for you (for a small fee) and grab you food. you have someone who cleans on site and you can get a cook. we had breakfast taken care of every morning. it was the best. The property is beautiful, the house is spacious and the staff is accommodating. However, when you set a nightly rate you also set a standard for your guests. During our stay there were multiple maintenance issues including a leaky toilet in one bathroom, a clogged shower in another and one of the ac units stopped working in one of the bedrooms. The owner did address the leaky toilet and gave us a credit for that issue but the other two issues went unresolved. Furthermore, El Salvador is known to have power outages and it is obvious that the weather cannot be controlled but the owner and the staff were completely unprepared for power outages. When the power goes out so does the running water. One evening after a full day of excursions my family and I were stuck in the dark with no AC and no running water for over five hours. There was no working generator, no water reserve, no flashlights/lanterns, not a single candle was lit for us. Although the owner sent someone out to try to fix a generator it was unable to be fixed. You’d think there would be a working generator on the property. The space is gorgeous, clean, exceptionally maintained, and customer service is excellent. We stayed here with family of children, teens and adults. It was a great place to explore on foot, through a short drive, or a central point for other excursions or day trips. We wish we would have planned for more time at the house.
