The property is a little run down and there was zero comfortable seating to just relax and visit. Alex was AMAZING and very accommodating. The properties location would be perfect except it is down a very very long very very rough road. It doesn't matter where or what you are wanting to do it's at least a hour drive. If you plan on doing your own cooking it is not a user friendly facility, we decided to have Alex cook because that is what we do for a living and it was nice not having to but we did make a lunch and it's just not equipt. Pack your big spray and shake the bedding out the ants are everywhere. The pool was very relaxing and clean. In addition to the bioluminescence tour with Eddy (10 minute drive) and the beautiful Organos Beach (5 minute walk), we did a horseback tour at Curu Wildlife Refuge (30 minute drive) and rode the ferry (10 minute drive to terminal) back to Puntarenas when we were done. BUT the best part for us was that a troop of about 20 howler monkeys was in the area and, at one point, treated us to about an hour-long show foraging in the trees almost directly above our dome. The dome itself was charming, with all the amenities listed, and actually has room to comfortably sleep five people. Management is friendly and responsive. Electricity went out for a bit which seemed like it might be a pattern for the whole area but that was no big deal."
