"This hotel was very good, with a great location. What stood out the most was the customer service. I had a few issues with the room, and Kevin, the housekeeping manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was taken care of. He even provided a gift certificate for a complimentary night to compensate for the issues. I really appreciated how responsive and accommodating he was. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great centrally located hotel, lovely staff, spacious room with all required facilities. Clean throughout, with the best lifts, never left waiting. Complimentary use of the rooftop pool in the Hilton hotel across the road too. Very happy with our stay, thanks."

"The airport shuttle is greatly appreciated, but I had trouble with the link showing the current status of the small bus/lg van. When I reported it, I learned one needs to tap the arrow on the R to remove the spinning icon and see the map. My room is very comfortable and I enjoy the view. It's clean, and I feel safe. Despite flights landing often, I don't hear them (probably due to the dan running). I had to leave very early, or I would have enjoy some breakfast. The room has a mini-fridge, but no microwave. I did enjoy walking the paved Bayshore Trail. Yes, I would stay here again."
