The area is safe and tourist friendly. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, like Bebo’s. The neighborhood is walkable, just beware of the craters in the sidewalks. This spot is 2 blocks from the beach, close to a pharmacy (convenience store), and it’s easy to catch the bus or an uber on the street too. There were no signs of vermin or insects.
