« Perfect place to stay for celebraions downtown. We easily walked everywhere from restaurants, shopping and groceries. Easy access to run or bike on the Animas River trail. Check in was very easy, apartment was clean and well equipped and the host provided us wih all the information we needed for check-in and was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend! »

« We are very happy with our stay at this VRBO. Very clean, very spacious and decorated beautifully. Location was perfect. Close to downtown Durango shopping and restaurants. Wi-Fi was not very good and we couldn’t get TV reception, but other than that we have no complaints. I would stay here again and highly recommend. »

« Parking and location were great! Condo was okay. Advertised as “luxury” however we found too many maintenance issues that have been overlooked for a very large ng time. I.e., the sink faucet was worn out and broken, repairman came out an tightened it, as he walked out the door it broke against n. It was just worn out. Air conditioning works poorly and the bathroom fans need to be cleaned badly. Much more but got tired of dealing with it and just finished our week long stay and will never...
