This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo (Unit 2E) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block. The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles. Bed Configuration: Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV (main level) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Single over Double) and Double with TV (main level) Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. One of the largest, well appointed condos I’ve stayed at. 1/2 block from Silverton-Durango train station and delicious food options within easy walking distance. Elevator available which was great. Stocked with ample starter amenities, towels and nice selection of kitchen equipment for any type meal if you want to cook. I appreciated that we actually got our moneys worth on the cleaning fee.. the only request made, was to remove all food and trash from the unit. The only negative for us was parking. With our rooftop cargo carrier, we were unable to access the private parking garage. It is only 7’6” clearance and we weren’t notified until they sent arrival instructions or we would have used our bumper carrier, so had to pay for parking. Most of the beds were pretty comfortable with the exception of 1\. It was mostly clean but could have been better. Property manager was responsive and we would go back. ##### Ericka S. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 3-bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable and exactly as it appears in the pictures. It has a great location and is within easy walking distance of the train, many restaurants, the entire downtown area, and even the River walk. Just a short walk to historic downtown and the train. Directions for entry were easy to follow as well as check out. The five of us were very comfortable. My only complaint would be the mattress in the main bedroom. It’s swayback and you roll to the middle. It does need some attention. All in all a great place. ##### Toni K.
