"I liked the staff , very helpful. Rooms clean. Dining across courtyard nice but for a solo traveler the service was really slow at restaurant. Nice pool, saltwater was a bonus and hot tub for adults only. "

"Everything was great, beautiful hotel, excellent room with walk-in shower, and refrigerator, and extremely comfortable beds, The only thing missing was a microwave, which we really could have used, especially after coming back from a nearby restaurant with leftovers. I still rate it 9 out of 10!"

"The hotel provided free shuttle service to/from the burbank airport as well as transportation to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios and down town Burbank. The hotel room was clean and provided a small refrigerator as well as a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. There is a Starbucks restaurant a block away from the hotel as well as a donut shop. "
