« Excellent communication from start to finish with Alex the property manager, my flight was an hour late so delayed my arrival but was no problem for Alex. He was efficient and professional showing me around the property and arranging check out whenever i wanted at end of my stay. The accomodation was was described in the description, i had stayed in the same complex before so chose the accomodation as a knew the area. The attitional cold air fan was a godsend as the fan from the main light...

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour, malgré l'accès difficile de l'hôtel pour des personnes âgées. Mais la réception nous appelait un taxi pour nous éviter de descendre et remonter la côte à pied. Le prix des taxis à TENERIFE est vraiment minime et nous avons pu aller et venir sans difficultés et sans nous ruiner. Nous avons bcp aimé notre appartement situé au 7eme étage et doté d'une terrasse spacieuse et d'une vue sur mer absolument extraordinaire. Le restaurant est excellent et tout le personnel de WYNDHAM est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Nous n'avons pas regretté d'avoir choisi cet hôtel car ceux du centre ville sont tres bruyants. Un seul regret, j'avais signalé que ce sejour de 10 nuits était organisé pour les 80 ans de mon mari et j'aurais aimé une petite attention pour cette occasion. "

"L appartement est idéalement situé, acces direct aux plages , au remblai , aux commerces et activités diverses . Le studio était très fonctionnel , propre et bien équipé, le personnel à la barrière du parking et le personnel de menage étaient très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite , nous recommandons fortement de prendre le parking a 5 euros par jour ( prix préférentiel pour les clients des appartements Puerto colon car sinon c'est est 25 euros par jour ) car il est très compliqué de se garer dans le secteur ."

"Superbe hôtel , personnel toujours aimable et souriant; buffets proposés tant pour le petit déjeuner que pour le dîner très variés, c'était beau et bon, de quoi ravir nos papilles gustatives. Activités et centre de fitness top: merci à Frances et Penelope pour leur sourire , leur dynamisme Chambre correcte, manque un peu de lumière, salle de bain propre, peut-être à restaurer mais ce n'est que du détail. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, troisième fois pour nous."

"Très bien installé, excellent emplacement. On avez tout ce qu'il faut à côté tout est faisable à pied, pour la voiture c'était très pratique on a eu un parking spécial pour nous. Concernant l'établissement général tout était très bien, la piscine l'animation et le personnel agréable et serviable merci beaucoup. Le seul problème c'était les bruits des chariots des employés qui passait juste a côté de notre appartement et si vous avez un sommeil très léger ça vous dérangera constamment et vous êtes obligé de vous réveiller le matin très tôt à partir de 6 7h. Demander d'etre loin de l'aller principale pour être au calme. "
