Verbo agreed with me and is issuing a full refund. There were no sheets on the beds, and none to be found in the house. No towels. 3 half rolls of 1 ply tp. No trash bags in the garbage cans and none to be found. Owner was responsive initially and said they would process a refund after we said we didn't feel comfortable staying, but when I tried to follow up, I got no response. We rode scooters from the park to the Riverwalk. The only issues was the shower liners and the sofa. I would recommend replacing the plastic liner after each guest. Even if it was cheap I would have preferred a brand new clean shower liner. There appeared to be pet hair all over the couch. I would recommend a sofa that isn't fabric.
