Massive technische Defekte haben den Urlaub vermasselt

Aufgrund der völlig inakzeptabel technischen und organisatorischen Probleme in dem Objekt wurde das Urlaubserlebnis verdorben ! - Heizkörper im Wohn - / Esszimmer ohne Strom (Abhilfe ab Tag 3 mit mobilem Elektroheizofen). - unerträglicher Fäkaliengestank in 2 Schlafzimmern im Dachgeschoss zwang zum Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern bzw. Nichtbenutzung der Zimmer (vermutete Ursache = defekte Ventilation Abwasserleitungen) - ab Tag 5 kein Warmwasser im ganzen Grundgeschoss (zwangsweise Nutzung einer Dusche im DG für 6 Personen) - Es war der Agentur / örtlichen Handwerkern trotz schneller und intensiver Bemühungen nicht möglich die technischen Probleme zu lösen , weil u.a. Zugänge zu den Unterlagen und Schränken / technischer Einrichtungen vom Besitzer der Wohnung nicht vorlagen Die Agentur war insgesamt 4 mal in der Wohnung und bemüht , die Probleme zu lösen aber offenbar fehlten ihr dazu die notwendigen Voraussetzungen seitens des Besitzers (Kommunikations - oder Vertrauensproblem ? zu Lasten der Urlaubsgäste !) Ohne nachhaltige Lösung der o.e. Probleme kann von einer Anmietung dieser Wohnung nur dringend abgeraten werden. Wir haben Mietminderungsansprüche über die Agentur geltend gemacht und bitten um entsprechende Maßnahme, da objektiv massive Mietbeeinträchtigungen vorlagen.
