« This is our third visit to Saletoga, and we were in the same Villa we had been in the past, which is now looking and feeling tired. Beds were uncomfortable, and small repair jobs needed to be completed, broken fan face (still operational) broken soap shelf detail (still usable). Small detail, toilet roll not replaced on arrival. « Best place to stay in Samoa on Upolu. Staff are wonderful, can’t do enough to make you comfortable. We’ve stayed here before and have stayed at other resort on Upolu. We visited other top resorts for lunch and were so happy to return to Sinalei every day »

« Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu de chance... Mon voyage étant dans un but professionnel, j'avais environ 1 heure de taxi jusqu'à mon lieu de travail. J'ai essayé de négocier un arrangement de remboursement d'une nuitée sur les 6 pour pouvoir me reloger ailleurs qui m'a été refusé. De plus, pas de renseignements à mon arrivé donc pas d’internet et pas de TV, la réception n'ouvre pas avant 8h30 et ferme à 16h tous les jours... donc très difficile dans un séjour professionnel de s'entretenir avec...

« We loved the “open to the sky” shower with a big rain head fitting. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were amazing & really friendly and respectful. They use local produce really well. Wifi is complimentary in the Reception area but SAT20 per day otherwise. The pool area is beautiful and has its own “swimup” bar »

« There is a long driveway from the road that leads to the hotel property however there are no road side signs telling you where to turn in so even with GPS it's easy to miss. »

« Room was not clean, bed had sand inside ( as if someone had slept there before us) old beer bottles in cupboard. Mirror had, fallen down in bathroom. Breakfast was just toast and cereal with some pancakes and only available for a short time ( 7.30 to 9am). Its good for people who need space and just need somewhere to sleep with aircon. »

« My 1 night stay was decent I don’t know why I got a 2 bed room when I actually made a reservation for a king room but whatever. The food was great the bed was stiff. The staff was nice. The place is showing its age. »

« Tourism there is pretty new, they expect you to spend more money every day, and you can see that not doing so is a problem. Taxis are horible on this island hasseling, pushing and expenssive (150$), and they are getting angry pretty fast, better plan ahead and rent a car or pay directly the hotel, or get the local bus, fun but could be crowded. Sceneries are good, and it's quiet, overall a good place. »
