« Great location! »

« Looks nicer in pictures than it is. The pool is out of service and appears to be that way for quite a while. I put pool in my search and while there is one it is not useable. This was extremely disappointing. The unit could use a deep cleaning and upgrade to both bathtubs. I specifically asked if unit had a Keurig or pot coffee maker and was told both were in unit. There was no regular coffee pot, I contacted owner and was told one would be brought to unit next day - never happened. »

« Beautiful view and great property. Lots of things things to do. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was very proactive in communicating. We would stay there again. »

« Excellent communication. Unit is showing in age, but was extremely clean. Photos make it appear larger than actual size, but very comfortable. It was perfect for 3 adults. Didnt care for shower heads and water pressure was not strong. Not a fan of of the new restaurant menu. Very few entree choices. Over all, satisfied with our stay. »

« Enjoyed having a beach front balcony, and bayside balcony. There was only one chair on beach front balcony, but we had a comfortable beach chair along to use for a 2nd chair on that balcony. The bayside balcony was actually a room with two tables and a nice size open window to view the sunsets. We had a very pleasant three-night stay. »

« Very nice view of the ocean. Perfect size for the 5 of us adults that stayed for 2 nights. Perfect communication with the host. Easy access to parking, beach, pool and surrounding hot spots. Looking forward to our next visit. »

« The location is beachside, easily walkable to northside park on the Bayside. The beach is not overly crowded and has lifeguards on duty. Cute, small condo with washer and dryer. Everything you need for a quick beach trip. The building is secure with really nice staff and parking available. We brought our teenage kids, one of whom had a lacrosse tournament. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable, but might be fine for smaller children. Keep that in mind if you have more than three people. The...
