"The worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Trash in a bag was just sittin in the parking lot . Roaches were friendly . Tub toilet walls light switches filthy .! It’s definitely run down and you’re getting what you’re paying for . Wouldn’t recommend "

"The hotel is new, clean. The only problem is that breaksfast is not included even if reservation says so and they charge $15 per person. "

"The property is very clean, safe and staff is very welcoming. They server complimentary breakfast and dinner. They have a mini store for any small items you might have forgotten at home. Hence our tooth brushes we forgot lol. The front desk attendant let me know they also had complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. Check in was not till later but my flight got in sooner than expected and they were able to have a room ready for me within 30 mins of me landing. Upon availability of course. Over all great stay and will be staying here every time I come visit Austin. "

"The extended stay is filthy the room was clean but the dogs roaming the carpets in the hallways and etc the staff checking me in very rude not a smile not a thank you or anything just rude would never stay again "

"Parking is in back of hotel, there was a car junked with a flat tire, saw some homeless and drug use"
