"The staff was amazingly sweet and helpful (especially the lady at check in at night she went above and beyond). I had requested rooms of my friends and I to be on the same floor and she put us on the same floor. Rooms were clean and stocked. No complaints, will stay here again on my next visit!"

"This hotel is the worst Sonesta I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not sure if I’d stay with another Sonesta. The room floor was disgusting. They didn’t even take out the trash. Table and desk were dirty, I couldn’t believe it. Front desk guy at check in was not friendly at all. It was like a the cheapest motel experience, wow. "

"Heating didn't work (combined aircon unit). Light didn't work. Table was supported by one central leg that was at an angle and hastily repaired bracket connecting it badly to the wall. It wasn't flat and I suspect any pressure would have broken it away from the wall. I know it's cheap but seriously... Hard to make sure stuff works?"
