This is a hotel for an inexpensive place to crash for the night near Sacramento, for a convention or something like that. The room was clean and fine. But the location and the amenities are basic.
We traveled with our child. He loved the hotel. It was clean and we felt safe. The pool opens early (7am) and closes late (10pm). This has been rare in our travels.
We arrived 7/9 outside is outdated homeless people around. We got there around 10:45pm. It was just a bit hard to sleep for us cause the room we stayed in 106 had so much light from the hallway and the pool side . Staff was nice so no complain. We only stayed for one night since we were on the road
There were a few things that could have made the room/bathroom nicer. Chips on bathtub can be repaired and paint spots on bathroom floor/door (room 117). Main room was clean and efficient.
Breakfast was simple and efficient (love the waffles)!

They had hot waffles but no bagels or English muffins. They had bright lights in the parking lot rather than a security gate like other hotels had. The neighborhood is rough/sketchy.
The room was clean. One cushion on the couch was ripped.
The Wi-Fi did not work. I was only there for a day. The room is clean. Nice sheets in bed. Property a little bit rundown people hanging around the motel were homeless or vagrant. Staff was very good and friendly helpful. I’d stay there again if I was low on money. Services were nearby. I think they’re doing the best they can with what they have.
Yes parking was plentiful and I felt my car would be safe in the lot. While there isn't much shopping/dinning in the immediate area downtown is a short drive away.

My stay here April 10th until the 12th was decent, staff was informative and patient however; there’s a lot of homeless people around the area including across the street by other hotels which wasn’t pleasant. Overall it’s decent not the greatest, but if you can find other hotels I’d do some more research on it.
Property clean and well maintained. Staff attentive and professional.
TV ... limited wirh no major channels.
Breakfast... very basic.
A number of homeless sleeping on sidewalks within yards of hotel so may not be safest area to walk to nearby stores or restaurants.

I don’t like the location, the refrigerator was leaking water everywhere, the phone was broken and didn’t work, the bed was hard and lumpy, and the blackout shades Sat over the air fan which made the blackout shades unsuccessful at keeping the glaring parking lights out of the room. The staff was kind and helpful though.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall impression is that you get what you pay for.
The area around the hotel is not somewhere I would choose to stay again. There was a lot of foot traffic in the parking lot, and I saw several people who appeared to be homeless or under the influence of drugs, with some talking to themselves. Because of that, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving any valuables in my vehicle, and the parking lot didn’t feel too secure. Based on what I experienced, this will be my first and last stay at this location.
One positive was the thing is the front desk clerk, he was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
My room had an issue with the air conditioner. I didn’t call the front desk because I was just over exhausted from a long drive and just wanted to shower and sleep.
Another thing to note is that there are no elevators. If you use a wheelchair, scooter, walker, or have mobility limitations, I recommend requesting a first-floor room.
The hot water was only luke warm, not truly hot. But when questioned about the hot water it was told they were having some type of issues but the next day water was hot and just right.
There is an AM/PM convenience store nearby that brings a lot of traffic to the area.
If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay for just one night, this hotel may meet your needs. Just be aware of your surroundings,
Good room, well equipped (coffee, refrig. & microwave).
Bathtub didn't drain & 1 pack of regular coffee.
Normally all is good, just this time a couple of issues.
We like this property and will return.
Extremely friendly staff, hotel not in great shape and location also not great. Stopped here on a long car trip so was a fine place for the price to rest our heads for the night but wouldn’t really recommend.
