"Receptionist staff was very helpful and very polite and friendly. Superb customer service. I just arrived at the hotel after a 18 hour train ride and they were very accommodating and provided me a room when i arrived earlier than the check in time. Wish i had more time that day, but I will book again and will try their restaurant as it has good reviews too. The room was beautiful, very clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely stay. Thank you to the lovely staff at reception. I felt safe to leave my 2 big checked bags with reception in their safe room after check out and roam the beautiful city before coming back to the hotel to collect them to catch my late flight. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOTEL. Well Done keep it up to PURO Krakow Stare Miasto. ^_^"

"Clean hotel. Good location. In walking distance to the Old Town, central train station, and central bus station. Each takes around 10-15 minutes walk. Only downside is that my room was without a mini refrigerator ( or minibar in hospitality jargon)"
