Our beautiful apartment has just had a very modern make over. (Bedroom 1) with double bed, Bed Side Cabinet, reading lights ,1 door wardrobe, mirror, hair dryer and travel cot. (Bedroom 2) with twin beds, bedside cabinets and reading lights. (Bathroom) tiled with electric shower, toilet and hand basin. (Kitchen) Modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven with grill and ceramic hob, microwave, Toaster, Kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge/freezer and High Chair. (Dining room) white gloss 6 seater table with 6 chairs. (Decking Area from Kitchen) With Picnic Bench. (Lounge) with two sofas one with a bed, TV, DVD Player , Patio doors leading on to the balcony and 2 chairs and a small table. (Upstairs toilet). Towels and linen are provided, please bring beach towels, property cleaned and linen changed weekly. you also have free Wifi.
If you arrive before 6pm we meet and take you and your luggage over the sandy beach to your apartment, If you arrive after 6pm we leave the key in a key safe out side the apartment.



Sandunes apartments have been graded 4 star by visitEngland. Situated on the sandy beach of Camber, from your first floor windows you can look across the bay of Rye and see the cliffs of Fairlight or some of many fishing boats leaving or returning to Rye harbour.

Exactly what we needed. An apartment right on the beach for a weekend break of sandcastles and dog walks with two small children. It's modern and clean and fits a family of four well. The staff at the cafe/bar are welcoming and kind. We will definitely go back again.

An Annual Treat

Each year we book a long weekend in early July to celebrate our anniversary. Weather the weather is good or bad the location is magical. The apartment is perfect, to be on the beach is such a treat, the staff are lovely, everything you need has been thought of. I would recommend for anyone wanting a moment away from the real world!

Lovely, modern, warm, nice decor, comfortable apartment. Had everything you could want. Fabulous location right on the gorgeous sandy beach. Would certainly recommend and we will return asap. Really good cafe underneath. Great food and very friendly welcoming atmosphere.

Mini family break

Overall very good. A couple of small improvements would have helped a lot. The shower does not drain very well and overflows, there were only two part used toilet rolls in the apartment. There was no washing up liquid. There is a dishwasher but we were only left one dishwasher tablet for our 3 night stay. Also, this is advertised to sleep 6 people. The camp bed in the living room is not very good at all. Luckily there were only 5 of us so 4 of us had a bed, and the fifth just slept on the sofa.

Last minute booking

Weather forecast was great so last minute booking. What a gem of a place! Roll out of bed onto the beach! 3* for neighbourhood only because of drunk youths at night and the 5.30am wake up of the tractor and rake cleaning up after said youths and the idiots who leave their rubbish on the beach but DON’T let that minor inconvenience put you off because unless you’re loaded and can afford a house on the beach this is the next best thing. Comfortable accommodation even with 5 adults. Lots of places to eat and drink locally but also equipped well enough to self cater too.
