« We had a lovely time on the lake. The house was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed to enjoy our little nook of Lake Lure - pool noodles, canoe, and several kayaks made it easy to jump right in! Kitchen was well stocked for meals and Chimney Rock was an easy 10m drive away. »

« The cabin was excellent in every way. The property is private and has a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed the sunsets and watched the clouds and weather move in from the newly expanded covered back deck. The cover provided shade and allowed to us to sit outside and watch the rain move through. « The only downside is the LP gas chargrill needs it's inside parts replaced or entire grill replacement. If your not into grilling then it's a mute point. Great place to enjoy the mountains of NC. Very nice accomodations, all you need to bring is your toothbrush. Super nice being beside the creek and very accessable to the trails of Old Fort. »

« Our family enjoyed a fun week at this beautiful well appointed home! We enjoyed the swing listening to the waterfall, rocking on the chairs, playing pool, and the hot tub too! It was the perfect location. We were welcomed by Frank. He had fresh eggs from his chickens for us. Our granddaughters loved visiting Frank’s farm. He had carrots and apples for us to feed the donkeys and horses. Frank was very hospitable! We love North Carolina! »
