Walk to trails in the NC Wildlife Game Lands or just enjoy strolling around the gravel roads of our neighborhood, Piney Mountain -- keep an eye out for deer, birds and other wildlife. Many trails, waterfalls and outdoor adventures in the nearby area. Dogs are welcome, but not on the furniture. Must get owner approval and pay pet fee. The cabin sits on a 4.25-acre wooded lot. Enjoy a beautiful mountain view year-round and 360-degree winter mountain views. Whether you're looking for some family time or a chance to connect with friends, this place has been set up to accommodate. Floor plan is open with a bedroom and bathroom on each level. Hang out on one of the porches or deck, watch a movie in the loft, grab a book, or choose a fun board game. The house is set up to make you so comfortable you won't want to leave. But if you choose to venture out and explore, historic downtown Saluda is very charming with excellent food, art and live music. We were originally scheduled to visit a week after Helene hit NC. The hosts were very responsive and offered to refund the trip but we worked it out to come another weekend.
