Make yourself comfortable in the open-plan living space, the french doors provide seamless indoor-outdoor flow on to the sheltered deck, where you can dine alfresco with a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with under bench oven and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher & ample seating for 8 guests in the dining area.
The lounge features a Gas Log Fire place for the cooler evenings along with a reverse cycle heat and air conditioning pump.
use your own log in details to watch your favourite streaming channels on a 42 inch LCD TV, and stay connected on the complimentary wifi.
A downstairs bedroom with french doors leading onto a private section of the outside patio leads off the living area & offers a superking bed & ensuite bathroom with walk in shower & sleeps up to 2 people.
There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer for guest use.
The three upstairs bedrooms comfortably sleep up to six guests. The master is fitted with a queen-sized bed and has a private ensuite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and two singles and a shared bathroom with a shower over bath.

Parking for 2 cars is available outside your unit and there is parking available for 2 trailer boats located at the back of the complex (these are available on a first come first served basis).
Not only does this holiday home offer you a tranquil place to relax, there is also an array of places to explore and activities to enjoy in the area. Walk three minutes to indulge in the fantastic restaurants and cafes in the area. We highly recommend the famous Duke of Marlborough, or Hones Garden for some authentic Italian food.
Head to the Russell Wharf to take one of the many tours on offer. Take a dolphin cruise to the Hole in the Rock, take a game fishing charter, or unleash your adventurous side in a high speed jet boat ride. Or enjoy a balmy beach day at Long Beach, just a three-minute drive away from home.
To immerse yourself in the history of the town, make your way to Pompallier House built in 1842, or the Russell Museum to explore the wonderful collection of New Zealand history & find out why Russell was once known as The Hellhole Of The Pacific!
