« This cabin has a lot of character and charm. I loved it because it reminded me of going to deer camp with my Dad when I was younger. « Great lodge. Well-stocked and fit our group of 9 easily. 2.5 baths. Hot tub, fire pit, sauna, screened in back porch were great. Easy walk to Monocle lake, lake superior trail on a sometimes busy road, but an easy walk. Great sunset view!Superb location to many of the best Upper Peninsula day trips. Will be returning when possible. »

« We really enjoyed the property overall. It has a beautiful view and easy access to Lake Superior. We had a little issue with the internet due to storms however the owner was quick to respond and provided options. We also got a little unlucky with temperatures as we had record high temps in the 90’s one of the days which made sleeping in the loft area a no go. Luckily there were 3 couches in the living area that worked great for our kids. The “stairs” to the loft area are quite steep and more...
