The staff was amazing. She was very pleasant and gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The room was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely be staying here our next visit to Cape Breton. 👌👍

This property describes itself as having friendly staff yet there is no check in desk and we never met the staff. Facilities were decent but heating problematic. I messaged the property a couple of times about check out procedures and by the time we left at 9:00 still had not heard anything. Clean. The door to apartment had no window covering so not completely private. I would recommend if some one wanted to stay in Cheticamp but highlight what it doesn't deliver on.

Overall, the hotel was okay, with very good food and friendly service. However, the room had a few issues, as the shower head was confusing to operate and the toilet would make a constant hissing noise after flushing. When we first entered, the room also felt a bit dull, and the AC was turned up too high, making it feel like a freezer. Other than these issues, we had a decent experience with the hotel.

Great, welcoming staff. TV didn’t work. Not all electrical outlets worked. Some recent renovations were apparent, but it needs some TLC. Our room had a queen bed that sagged in the middle. When we let go of the edges, we collided in the middle—slightly amusing, but unexpected. The stay wasn’t too costly and sometimes you can book for less. it’s minimally passable. For just a bed and shower, I might book again—maybe.
