"Honest review: Complementary Adults only breakfast is limited to “chilaquiles” only from their entire menu. You will need to pay for all kids breakfasts, about $450 pesos for food and about $150-$350 for each of their drinks. Keep in mind you will also need to pay for adult drinks as they are not included in free complimentary breakfast. The tortillas for the chilaquiles are very hard and the red sauce is canned tomatoes. All room pictures advertised are from beachside cottages and not the actual rooms. Their infinity pool and jacuzzi advertised in pictures is for adults bar only, friday through sunday only. To access the infinity pool and jacuzzi advertised you will need to pay an additional fee. Their private beach advertises no lifeguards available for help at any time. They do have a free to access small pool available next to parking lot but its very tinyand cold. Only some cottages are partially beach side . 95% of rooms are not beachside they are up on the top of hill. I will include picture of 3 story building with rooms, its the building on the left. please keep in mind, the hotel is going though alot of construction at the moment. There are some nice areas in the hotel dont get me wrong. Most Patio furniture in hotel is outdated. I’de give it a 7/10 just because of the price. you get what you pay for."

"The view was beautiful. The room was spotless! The staff helpful and friendly. The only thing bad about this hotel is the location near the clubs. The music pounded thru the room until after 1 AM, on a Wednesday. It made sleep impossible. I will not return."

"Excellent location and the room was very comfortable with working air conditioning , hot water for showering and comfortable beds. The hotel felt very safe as they had a security guard on site and good parking within hotel premises. Our room had an ocean view and there was a terrace with tables and chairs where guests could sit outside and enjoy the view from. The only suggestion is to upgrade the TVs as they are not smart TVs. We were disappointed we couldn’t watch Netflix or other streaming service. Other than that, thank you, we would stay here again. PS We dined at Pasta y Basta, an amazing authentic Italian restaurant just a 2 minute walk down the street."
