"We didn’t realize it was the off season in April, so there were no restaurants/markets opened in this area. The view was beautiful, however the balcony was not very private. You have to stream the tv options, no local tv was available.Host was very responsive to our needs."

Check-in would have been just fine (the communication was good to ensure contact with the virtual front desk, in a spotty internet area) but I don’t believe our keypad was programmed correctly. "The value for the price was acceptable. View was outstanding! Staff came and addressed a concern immediately. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels. The room is generally old and tired. Musty smell. It was not cleaned well. Carpet needs replacing and has lots of stains (don't want to go barefoot). Curtains are in disrepair. "The unit was fine, no issues. Location was fine. Excellent view. We did not realize that it was off-season and that everything nearby was closed until Memorial Day. The resort was essentially shutdown, so there were no amenities available. Considering this, we felt that the price for this unit was too high. "

"The ocean view and the location was fantastic. It was clean with the exception of rhe screen on the bathroom widow which had a very thick layers of dust and the deck railing was really needed cleaning... included numerous spider wed and green slime. And the one long chair pillow was wet and had bird poop. And the screens on both sliding doors need replacing as those are ripped. Though I would still rent it again."
