"I come to the Park Royal as part of a solo weekend away. I was so impressed from beginning to end. The check in was seamless and the room was just incredible. My only critique (and I’m digging so deep here) would be there was no passion fruit or prosecco with the Pornstar Martini. I will definitely be going back and cannot recommend enough. Five stars all around xx"

"We stayed for two nights, as we combined our stay from London to Alton towers Hotel was clean and inviting on arrival Unexpectedly you have to pay for the parking as was explained when we arrived There were two events in the evening of the two days we stayed. Which then when we arrived later back in the evening there was limited parking so we then had to park outside the hotel! Surely the hotel guests have the priority over the parking we got our payment back as compensation. A few people complained. Overall rooms and bathrooms were clean and bathrooms had a nice shower Breakfast was nice and always being replenished. A nice stay"

"The 2 bed lodge is perfect for families. We all had a great nights sleep and space. Pool is restricted for kids use (9:00-11:00 & 16:00-18:00). But they weren’t strict on this. Dinner & Breakfast the food options were good and delicious. Only negative is not enough staff at all for breakfast and untrained staff. Everyone couldn’t be more helpful though. We even had the local bee keeper give the kids some time and experience with the local bees."
