The breakfast staff were also very nice but some places weren’t super clean or a bit run down like the elevator and torn curtains in the room. However it was decent overall."

"There is a exercise room & laundry area that I didn't use, so I'm limited as to what I can say. My room was great w/ exception for the coffee pot; a new carafe is desperately needed, as the band around the pot was misaligned & pouring into a cup w/ very messy, I did want to tell staff when checking out, but there was no staff on hand. So, simple deposited my key card in the bottle provided before leaving. The room was very clean w/ an adequate linen supply & plenty of toiletries. Thanks Sonesta! Did great again."
