The apartment was recently renovated to allow a stay to travelers with all the comforts. The apartment has air conditioning, and Wi-fi. The rooms have been painted with ecological paintings of Giorgio Graesan and the floor is in iroko wood. The windows are athermal and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped for long stays with appliances and a microwave oven. The neighborhood is full of supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is located in a quiet and strategic area, close to a metro station which provides access to the most popular tourist attractions: Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Caracalla Baths and many others.

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr gut mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Obwohl es sich um ein Mehrfamilienhaus handelt, hört man keinen Lärm. Die Wohnung sowie die Wohnanlage sind sehr gepflegt. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man alle notwendigen Geschäfte für den alltäglichen Bedarf. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angeschlossen, sodass man rasch das Zentrum Roms erreichen kann.

When we first arrived we were very tired from the long airplane ride from USA. Our children were dubious of the neighborhood at first glance, but we were worn out at the time and we come from rural settings / not used to inner city. Yet, as it turns out, the neighborhood was VERY quiet at night and we felt completely safe up high on the 6th floor. We cooked our own meals every night and the apartment was ideal for that. I would recommend placing the TV in a bedroom perhaps, but that is minor. Another huge advantage is that the apartment is very close to the subway system which we used every day to get into Rome. We were very happy with Massimiliano's flat. Thank you!

The apartment was clean, spacious, in a great location and in a secure building. It was quiet, even with the windows open. The apartment looks to be recently updated with a nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom. It was very comfortable for the 4 adults staying. Our host provided everything we needed to be comfortable especially a selection of coffee, teas, juice and treats for the morning. We felt welcomed. Also, the bus and metro station are very close which made moving around easy. We would definitely recommend this property and this host.

Five stars for apartment and host

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment in a very good location. Close to the metro station and then only a few stops before you are in the centre of Rome. Massimiliano was a marvellous host, particularly in helping one of our party who arrived before us on Friday. The small touches of tea, juice and breakfast being there for us was a real treat. I would recommend this Airbnb highly. Wonderful!

The apartment is large, spacious, and clean. The host is friendly and very honest. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was right. Watch out for the AC, we thought we had turned it off when we left the first time, but it stayed on for the whole day (sorry!).

Great apartment and location. Massimiliano met us at the apartment and helped us get familiar with unit. Location is just around the corner from bus stops and metro station Garbatella. Local markets and shops nearby provide quick access to food and other supplies.

Excellent apartment and tourist assistance

Massimiliano was such a nice host for me and my mom. Very helpful walking with us the near neighbourhood and showing some good restaurants and grocery shops. The apartment itself is at 6th floor and has very nice decoration. The kitchen was super clean and has all the equipments you'll need for normal living. The two spacious bedrooms with big beds lets you have a good rest. The flat is in an apartment building close to a metro station, meaning that you can live there like an average Italian genuinely hearing and feeling the surrounding neighbourhood.

VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE APARTMENT

Massimiliano was a fantastic host. We showed up late but he was gracious and such a nice man. He showed us everything and helped us get settled in. He refinished the place and did a great job. He has some food items for our first breakfast in Rome and the place had a lot of the items for our disposal which made things a lot easier. Thank you Massimilano!

Great accommodation and host !!!!!!!!

Great accommodation and host! I've stayed at Massimiliano's appartment for a couple of working weeks and it's got everything I needed and more. The house is new, beautiful, fully furnished and has everything you need for cooking. The place is literally 5 minutes walking from Garbatella subway what makes moving around quite easy. The neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of typical restaurant/trattorias. On top of that, Massimiliano was a great host, easy to reach, kind and polite.

Apartment spacious and comfortable

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and Massimiliano made sure we had everything we needed - from the food and drinks in the fridge at our late-night arrival to new sheets and towels when we needed them. He even offered to help me with whatever I needed when I ended up in the hospital after being hit by a car. The apartment is really close to Metro line B, which takes you both to the main train station, as well as to Colosseum and other central places. Rome's best ice cream is only a 5 minute walk away!

Quartiere ricco di fascino e ben collegato dalla metropolitana

L'appartamento è veramente vicino alla metropolitana e, in pochi minuti, si arriva nel centro di Roma. La zona è tranquilla e non priva di un suo fascino. L'appartamento è ampio, ben arredato e corredato di tutto quanto possa occorrere per un soggiorno anche lungo. Non solo, ci sono anche i generi di prima e seconda necessità (dall'acqua al caffè, dalla carta igienica ai tovaglioli, dai detersivi al necessario per cucinare) che consentono di sopravvivere fino alla prima spesa. Inoltre, segno di particolare cura, in frigo c'è della frutta fresca, dello yogurt, succo di frutta per la prima colazione di emergenza. Che dire anche di un cioccolatino su ogni comodino? Neanche in tanti hotel... Il signor Massimiliano è persona sempre presente (con discrezione) e disponibile: veramente una bella persona. Grazie mille e a presto!

That's all right

The apartment had spacious bedrooms and was very comfortable. The host provided breakfast food, tea, coffee, and milk. We enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table in the morning light, drinking coffee and eating breakfast. The metro station was very near the apartment, which gave us access to Rome's most beautiful places.

Massimiliano's apartment is an ideal place to stay in Rome. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds. Above all, Massimiliano is an extremely kind, helpful, and a gentle person. The best value in Rome

Everything went very smoothly. We were greeted by Massimiliano's wife who showed us around. The house was immaculate. There was breakfast on the table and coffee in the cupboard. The beds were comfortable. As other reviews state, the flat was only 5 minutes walk from one metro and 10 from another, as well as Eataly. There were cafes open till midnight, a wine bar, restaurants and gelaterie. A close walk to the historical area Garbatella. I don't think there is a better value in Rome.

Consigliatissimo appartamento ben collegato e vicino al Colosseo

L'appartamento è effettivamente molto vicino al Colosseo in un quartiere quasi residenziale e ad ogni modo in una zona silenziosa. L'interno dell'appartamento è molto pulito e il signor Massimiliano è molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!!
