"Location was great. We had some issues with billing but the staff straightened that out quickly. Rooms were very clean.. Breakfast was not complimentary. Gym was well equipped and clean. "

"Filters in air conditioning units need to be cleaned out. Very clogged up. Some confusion about how often they clean the room. The sign said they clean every three days, but they never did. When I notified the front desk, they said I still had to request a cleaning. That was not clear on the notice."

"Disappointed in this Hilton. Staff was not very friendly on several occasions. Only 1-2 elevators were working... a 10 min wait every-time we wanted to use them. And false fire alarm went off TWICE in one night at 2am and 2:30am. Location was excellent though."

"I chose this hotel based on the reviews, but I was disappointed. The building resembles a motel more than a hotel, similar to a Super 8 style. You check in and then drive around the building to access your room. Although it has been partially renovated, it's still a very old structure. Additionally, it has the typical smell of a motel, likely coming from the carpet. The elevator is quite small, accommodating only two people with luggage at a time. If someone posted similar detailed reviews like above, I would not have chosen this hotel."
