"Overall, a great hotel, but a few simple issues kept it from being excellent. The rooms are fairly noisy, with hallway doors clearly audible. Sleep was also affected by curtains that didn’t fully block outside light and a motion-activated bathroom light that couldn’t be turned off. We were also surprised to be charged €20 for an extra room key. That said, the hotel is in a good location and there was adequate parking nearby."

"EXCELLENT location in the Venetian Harbor! Walkable to all the shops and tavernas. We loved having coffee on the small balcony overlooking the harbor and the sunsets were spectacular. Our room was a double room and was quite small but overall we were very comfortable and happy with our stay."

"The monetary is such a find. We booked this as a treat at the end of a family holiday. The location is perfect, so central. Just down a cute side street. The accommodation is beautiful - renovated to a high standard. The receptionists were so friendly always making time to talk to us about our day or help with anything. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite on arrival which had a roof terrace and hot tub. The room was modern and clean, v comfortable and we made use of the roof terrace one afternoon, looking over the rooftops with a mythos! Would definitely return - a nice unique place. We didn’t try the restaurant but it looked lovely with lots of options."

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every interaction with the staff was warm and professional, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure their guests had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again without hesitation! 5 stars all the way — a truly memorable stay!"

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. There were times where the kids overtook the pool, which without having kids, didn't make for the most relaxing time. Still a great stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!"

"This is an excellent hotel which I can find almost nothing to fault - perhaps draft beer and options (included paid) for a late check out! The breakfast was ace, the pool well-maintained, a useful gym, fantastic staff and superb location. Thanks for a great stay in Chania!"
