"I was pleased to find that the rooms were fresh, spacious, and offered the option of no carpets or drapes. The hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and breakfast, which was a nice touch. Although the sheets and surfaces were clean, I did notice some areas that required more attention. Upon further inspection, I found that the mattress needed to be vacuumed between guests. It would also be beneficial to offer alternative breakfast beverages, such as orange juice or bottled water. While the staff was friendly, there was a language barrier that made communication somewhat challenging. Some minor issues that can be easily addressed include replacing the bathroom exhaust fan, as the bathroom and bedroom tend to accumulate moisture quickly. Additionally, the floors need to be swept, not just vacuumed, to remove fine dust and dirt. Unfortunately, the towels were stained and had hairs from previous guests, indicating that they need to be replaced. I opted to bring my own towels. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again, as I had a relaxing stay overall."

"Parking is $40.00 a night. Parking across the street is free if there is spots available. I highly recommend paying for the parking because the metro or trolley is full of crazy people along with the bus only if you plan on exploring. Other than that my room was amazing and everyone was friendly. There is a Starbucks in the main lobby sadly they dont carry every food item. "

"I will NEVER stay here again. Go to the bathroom at 2:30 in the morning, wash hands and water will not drain and its leaking. Call the front desk, no maintenance on site, send up security with towels. FWI security guard was very understandable. He goes and gets plungers; he pulls up lots of charcoal looking pieces. I am a disabled vet; anxiety is off the chain. I am alone at this time. Now its 3:00 in the morning, call the front desk and she says no more rooms. I said the devil is a lie. She "found" a room. Luckily my daughter shows up at 3:45 to help me move. We get settled in, my daughter pulls back her sheets and there is BLOOD on her sheets. Lord take the wheel. Call for more sheets and guess what, they didn't fit.... My daughter just threw them on the bed and grabbed a blanket. Next day reached out to the manager, not once, not twice but three times.....kept getting "she is going to call you" I received my call after I spoke to her. I guess CYA covering your ass. I took pics of everything. The manager gave a voucher for free buffet, who is going to eat breakfast, when they changing rooms at 4:00 in the morning????? Yes, we received a voucher for the following morning, so what. Then she said she wasn't going to charge for parking, guess what......they charged me. I caught it before I had to take the five 1/2 drive back home. UNACCEPTABLE treatment. UNCCEPTABLE reimbursement. UNACCEPTABLE customer service. Totally unacceptable. "The rooms are very clean and the property is meticulously maintained, except for one of the elevators. This is one of our favorite properties to visit for a weekend getaway in Mission Valley. There is also plenty of parking in the rear of the property and even though the pool hours posted indicate the pool is closed at 10 pm, I have seen plenty of visitors swimming around midnight or later and the staff pretty much leaves everyone alone unless your being obnoxious. Enjoy your stay."

"Great hotel in an area that has close freeway access and lots of restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating when giving us 3 rooms right together. Easy check in and check out. Have stayed here 2 times now."
