« Ethan and his family werevery gracious and answered all our questions. We were surprised to be on th side of a mountain but our four wheel drive was handy plus 15 minute drive into Harpers Ferry was nice so it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer to watch!! Easy to relax!! Our only suggestion would be a small dresser maybe under thevTV and few more hooks for clothing since there is no closet. The kichen, bath and sleeping area were good. We enjoyed our stay in the peace and quiet!! Thank you...

« The PERFECT place to stay in Harpers Ferry! We came to hike the A.T. from Idaho, Washington, Oregon. A bunch of (not so old) basketball players. The house couldn't have been better. Room for everyone, comfortable beds, fully outfitted kitchen, and the washer/dryer was a godsend. But, our favorite part of the house was the porch. We're still all dreaming about the porch. « Property was very clean and accurate of listing description. cell phone service was rough however internet in house was never an issue. House is in good shape. Owner was quick to respond once receiving text message. Email is best way to communicate. you do have a lil drive into town if you need something however that was not an issue with us and the location is what we were looking for. « What a beautiful home in such a convenient location! We really enjoyed having a central “home-base” for our explorations of Harpers Ferry. The home had everything we needed and was very spacious. The WiFi is critical here as our phones did not have cell signal in most places. Our dog freaked out about being left in his crate (not usually an issue for him) and his barking disturbed the guests below while we were out for about 30 minutes late Saturday morning, which we feel terrible about....

« We loved this family and pet friendly property. Loved the house and decor and all the amenities. Spent quality time at the house with the family. Played ping pong, pool and video games. Enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and had roasted marshmallows. We had a fantastic time visiting our favorite places and some new ones. Sweet Run State Park had some great trails for hiking with our dog. Will recommend this property to everyone! »
