"The only highlight was the view from our upgraded room. We weren't impressed with the service since we didn't receive any. We asked for utensils and coffee, but the receptionist told us to go to the restaurant to pick up utensils and get coffee sachets from reception. When we asked, the restaurant staff said they couldn't provide utensils because we didn't buy food there. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable, Hotel Riu is well located for everything we wanted to do. The fire pits were a nice touch, and the hotel staff were wonderful. Bag check was very convenient, we stored our bags before and after check in instead of leaving them in our car. Breakfast was really good for an included hotel breakfast. Lots of variety and pretty fresh."
