That’s the only good things I can say. Our room was as bright as the sun when the lights were turned off as it faced north with a parking lot and no blackout curtains. We were on the first floor and there is no sound proofing between floors. We heard every footstep from the second floor. It was so noisy. The upstairs room woke up at 3:30 am. Two people took showers and the noise from the showers sounded like a tornado going through the hotel. I’m not making this up. Also the wind was blowing outside and the windows and doors aren’t properly weatherstripped and it whistles like a train non-stop. If you just need a place to shower, this motel is ok. But if you want a restful night sleep, I don’t recommend it. It has heat and air (we needed heat because we were vacationing during cold spell). Being able to do a load of laundry after being on the road so long was a bonus also. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the patio and a night sky that was just stunning. Such a cool place! Super quiet too. I’d definitely go back. A good location if you’re visiting Death Valley near the Nevada side.
