« To start we were given the wrong keys so we had to wait to check in for the owner to show up. We get in the apartment, and everything is old. Worn. Mismatched. There was a smell of mold especially in the bathroom. Keys don’t work right in the door; you have to jiggle and play and even then my daughter couldn’t get it to work.
