"Room was very dated, with many spots of wear and tear, but was spacious and clean. The lobby is under construction, the pool and gym were closed, which was not disclosed when we booked. If we had know that, we would have chosen a different property. Breakfast was small but adequate. We only interacted with one staff member during our 3 day stay, but he was kind and helpful. "

"I wanted to to check in 1 1/2 hours early. I didn't want to go to the room, just check in before i went to some meeting i had, not even, the bathroom tub tap was so hard to tune on, the breakfast was poor at best i wont be coming back i need to be in Idaho Falls ever 2 month for 2 night for work, i know the hotel is dated but you could do better"

"Cleaner room. Provide lotion in room. Asked front desk for some lotion. Gave me one little bottle. Asked for one more. Said that was there was. Told me she notify housekeeping to bring more. Came back from scheduled appointment. No lotion. Went back to front desk. Different clerk went to back and gave me 2 lotions. I was put out with the first clerk. I was rashing badly and needed lotion asap. "
