« The property was wonderfully close to delicious food and little shops, just a short walk. Check in was simple. A message the night before with details on how to enter the property and where to park. The building's hallway had an odor of stale urine; however the property itself was okay. « Apartment was as advertised. I enjoyed the modern kitchen. The apartment was very clean. If you are getting a parking space ask for number to text to open garage door which is on the side of building before you get there. It is within walking distance of Howard University. »

« No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again. »

« Overall, this is a great one bedroom affordable option close to convention center. I was by myself for business so wasn’t in the apt much over my 3-night stay. I never received check-in instructions until I called and asked, but someone did pick up and was very responsive. Check-in after that was easy. The apt felt safe and was very clean. This is in the heart of the city and right off a busy street so there was some light pouring into the bedroom and street chatter and noise at night, but...
