I stayed at Kootenay Lodge for the night. Continued north then south to Banff, then north towards Jasper. I stayed the night in Hinton because the hotels there were more than $200 cheaper than staying in Jasper. The next day I drove back through Jasper to catch the highway going west. I drove through Mount Robson Provincial Park , continued west to Valemont then south to Wells Grey Provincial Park where I visited Helmckin Falls, then back to Kamloops. About 1,900 KM later I was ready to not be driving, but it was worth every penny! I left on a Saturday morning at 6AM and returned by Monday at 5 PM if anyone decides to take this journey themselves. My focal points were Radium Hot Springs Pool, Banff Upper Hot Springs, Miette Hot Springs, Lake Louise, and Helmcken Falls.
