« la literie est très déficiente avec un matelas coton tellement mou et tombant au sol qu'on ne peut pas dormir convenablement. La cuisine mal éclairée (manque néon sous meubles hauts) manque d'éléments élémentaires pour cuisiner : casserole assez grande, ustensiles de cuisine, verres (au moins 4), poêle anti-adhérente, manque de produits d'entretien pour nettoyer la cuisine ...Douche inexistante avec jet minimum sur mur opposé, une pomme de douche reliée à une prise électrique pour chauffer...

« In all my travels throughout the Caribbean… none have been cleaner, friendlier or in a better location. I appreciate how creative this place is and will become in its growing future. Staff is both local and import and very kind. For anyone seeking the type of adventure that travel promises… this place is a must. On a side note….. the accommodations were the cleanest I’ve stayed in hundreds of stays in the Caribbean. Thank guys and keep up the creativity and awesome customer service!!!! »

« We stayed at building D Sapphire Beach Resort. Beautiful balcony and views. The unit was clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and always had a wonderful breeze. Beach bar was just okay. Only had seating along one side of the bar. The beach in front of the beach bar and restaurants was nonexistent, very narrow. For some reason we weren’t allowed to get chairs placed down at the wider part of the beach because of where our unit was located. Because we were renting there we didn’t pay to rent...

« We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. We went to dinner and got back to find it still not on and finally came back on 7:20 pm. The...
