« Property is in being remodeled, dust and dirt everywhere. Barking dogs in rooms, doors slam shut with a noise, room door have gaps so noise travels inside. Breakfast was included but was very limited, fruit looked rotten, no cream for coffee. »

« Very nice, clean place with a good layout. Large, well stocked kitchen. Quiet street and a small but nice yard. The host, Ryker, was very responsive to our queries and requests, even driving over on a rainy day to deliver extra blankets. »

« The only good thing about the property is that it was cheap, but the room came with lots of problems. And no particular order:
1. There were cockroaches.
2. There was not a waste basket in the entire room or bathroom.
3. The hot and cold water are reversed from the direction shown in the shower.
4. The cable connections are pulled out of the wall and have open circuits.
5. The television has poltergeist and turned itself on randomly at 3:30 in the morning, and I had to pull the plug to get it...
