"I enjoyed the hotel location. The bed was comfortable. The elevator situation was good. The housecleaning service was good. The room was small but nice. I have no complaints, it was a nice stay. Not a very warm and inviting staff or helpful when it came to questions, but I didn’t have any major issues. "

"Wallpaper falling off walls. Bathroom was clean. Toilet paper roll falling off the wall and not functional. TV didn’t work if you were using the coffee pot. Room wasn’t cleaned until we asked. Amenities and parking were $20/day even if you didn’t use them. Unfortunate because it could have been a good stay in an older eclectic building. Staff was very nice when notified though- although they just said there was nothing they could do about it as we booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com should vet their places better and not book out trash. "

"Room was extremely small , some areas of the bed side cover showed some wear. Mattress was extremely soft, pillows bulky ,had a hard time sleeping. Complained to the front desk manager about the mattress and pillows, no other options were available."

"Lovely, friendly staff and a decent location made my stay here ok. But this often re-named hotel is ten blocks from Hudson Yards to begin with. Very patchy wi-fi meant no reliable reception in rooms, no TV ( not a problem for me tbh) and the rooms and public spaces really need decorative attention. It’s a shame because the location is good and - as mentioned - all the staff are absolutely lovely. The owners need to decide whether to stick or twist here. It’s unfair to guests and inconsiderate of their staff who are coping with the blow-back from customers."

"Room was big but bathroom was a bit on the small side. Staff very friendly and helpful. So close to theaters. Restaurants and the bars in hotel were awesome. Would definitely stay again."
