Four unique residences, one per floor luxury with comfort and privacy, with an unparalleled view of the sea. Combining top quality materials and fine finishes. The building is elegantly integrated into the exclusive Peninsula neighborhood and the Port, being a strategic location for those who enjoy the peninsula, the mansa and its sunset. The space The apartment has 3 en-suite bedrooms, the main one with a dressing room. In addition there is a service room, also with a very neat bathroom, which could be used as a bedroom for an additional guest. Living room with spectacular sunset views and terrace with its own barbecue. All equipped with excellent design furniture. Good size swimming pool for exclusive use with direct access to its large terraces and solarium. It also has good terraces to the front with sea views, equipped for enjoyment and side terraces around the perimeter of the apartment, where the barbecue for exclusive use is located in one of them.
