The architecture is beautiful. The veranda was my favorite place in the house. The kitchen is well equipped. We could walk to restaurants and shopping we were near to downtown.

Wonderful Punta Cana Experience
The villa is perfectly located near the airport, super close to shopping mall and supermarket. The maid Martina is a sweetheart, she ensure our stay was comfortable and assisted us in anything we needed. The host Julissa was always easily accessible for anything we needed as well and was extremely easy to communicate with. The villa is impressively beautiful. Our family enjoyed the pool and the ample space in each of the rooms in the house. The community was perfect to walk with the kids. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Julissa was a really good host. Answered every question I had immediately. The maid in the host was great, very helpful and very very friendly. I will certainly stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing
Please book this property. It is walking distance to food and shopping. Gated/private villas for safety. The host addressed all of my questions and provided the best maid and chef around. Martina was our maid and Ageuda was our Chef. 10 out of 10 for the entire experience. Thanks July for everything!

Exceeded our expectations
The property is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located within minutes of the airport. The property manager, Julissa, offered some great recommendations during our stay. The home has all of the amenities you will need for a great stay. The home is even better in person. I vacationed with four friends we loved the outdoor pool and lights for a night. The only con regarding the property is that there was a house maid throughout the stay. It was stated she only would be in the home until 5 pm but she was out in the kitchen area during our entire stay until almost midnight. If you’re looking for privacy this may not be the best option for you. On the other hand, the house maid was nice. Overall, our stay was lovely.

Punta Cana villa stay
Great place to stay one of 2propeeties we rented for a group of 8people. The place expectations was high and this host delivered and exceeded our expectation. Unit was clean amenities worked well. Comfortable. She met us the first day and was responsive to all our questions during and before the stay. I recommend this villa fpr any family looking for a budget friendly place but yet wants style luxury and cleanliness .

Great Experience
The property was amazing and a dream home away from home! Everything was as expected. Our host and her husband were very friendly and personable. They were able to address a few hiccups within our stay regarding the house maid, but that did not take away from the property or our trip. Our host recommended a phenomenal cook who was the sweetest and most accommodating person. I would stay here again as long as the maid is a different person.

The home is even bigger in person and just as beautiful inside. The housekeeper (name left out to protect privacy) was so sweet and helpful throughout the stay & Julissa was available for any questions we had! We had so much fun here and had 0 complaints.
