Great location for walking around in the town. Laundry right next door. Place to clean off sandy feet and body before going up to the rooms. Open kitchen and free clean water refills for water bottles

For such a good rating it was a very disappointing stay. Good points: very walkable into town. Clean bathroom and furniture/floors. Cleaning staff very helpful. Staff pleasant when approached. Bad points: staffing very poor attendance at reception. Only key given on check in, no information whatsoever. Bedding still had detergent powder in areas. No water available for 2 days. Aircon leaked all down curtain and onto belongings.

Good, clean and simple family friendly place

Cheap . Hot water. Decent cooking area. Clean. Helpful staff. Quiet. Good for families. Could do with thicker curtains. That's our only negative point!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Hotel insular. Flavio can help you with anything from booking tours to laundry to bike rentals to making you a cheap and delicious breakfast right at the hotel. We enjoyed our room and the location was great. The shared kitchen and drinking water were appreciated. Air conditioning and hot water if you need it.

Basic room

I was happy that they let me enter the room early after I arrived from the ferry. The room had no soap or toiletries. The fitted sheet had some old stains. For the price I paid, I would go back. There was hot water and AC.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel. Los cuartos son amplios y cómodos. Flavio fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó con información de la isla y a reservar los ferries. La pasamos muy bien.
