This cute little BASEMENT studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Provo. It's in a restored home, but this little baby was ripped literally to the foundation walls (even the studs were replaced!). It is brand new in every way!  
  
•1 bed/1 bath apartment. Six stairs going down to basement.

We booked this place based on the price and location. It was a busy weekend. We had a dance conference at the convention center and only had to walk 2 blocks. There was also a grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance.

#### Provo Basement Suite

Apartment was in a great location, and clean, with many updated amenities. It was well designed and very comfortable. It was perfect for our needs. The only shortcoming, was that the bath towels and washcloths were "skimpy" - like the ones I used in my high school locker room. Improve those items and the stay would have been nearly perfect.

#### Tiny Hidden Gem

My husband and I have traveled throughout the UK and Europe. Always on a budget we’ve stayed in some pretty small places for great prices. This little GEM is no different. Although the designers and decorators in the UK/Europe could take some much needed lessons and pointers on this little beauty and the GREAT use of space and functionality. There was a coin operated laundry across the hall which was a delight. Great walking distances to restaurants and of course UTAH Ice Cream!! The owners were awesome and very helpful and ready to help. Great cozy space for two people, three people would still be doable but tight. We never had a problem finding a parking place. Will definitely book with Ashley Manor Again. Thanks – Traci Chandler, Arizona
