The kitchen is really well designed and each of the bedrooms have great furniture and modern bathrooms. You can’t beat the location. It’s fabulous. The only downside is the couch and the chair have a very heavy smell of pets and the back enclosed porch smells very strongly. I took blankets and covered the couch during my stay. But everything else seemed to be new and fresh smelling throughout the rest of the house. It’s also nice that you get the equipment credit. We used ours for bikes and beach chairs."

"Great Location/Home for a guys golf trip. We need 12 beds and Tolater provides that. However it would be nice if the lower level king had two queens instead. Would suggest a larger TV in the main living room. The new butler's pantry is a great addition. We most likely will be back in the future."

"We had a wonderful time at Laughlin Place. Our group enjoyed being close to the beach. Also, we enjoyed the fishing platform. We will keep this place in mind for next year's trip.. Thank you for your kindness and availability when I had questions"

"Great area… very close to beach.. lots of room for families.. quiet. Great decks on house, nice booking and walking paths. Owner was very easy to reach and very accommodating."

"This is our fourth time staying at the Magnolia and we love it!!! Observations: The TV in the Great Room TV appears to be going bad (blackness in upper left quadrant). Not sure what happened, but we were not able to use the elevator but we did notify Peace and they sent maintenance out and a repair company was set up for a service call. We would love to get two more dish towels for the week. Also, there is not a full length mirror on the upstairs level … just fyi, one would go perfect on the wall behind the door of the master bedroom on the left or on the corner wall in the hallway at the top of the stairs near the washer dryer room:). Again, we love, love the Magnolia and can't wait to come back! Thank you!!!"

"This house was spotlessly clean, right on the beach with a large porch and comfortable furniture. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked, better than any rental kitchen we have ever encountered. Beds are comfortable throughout and the ocean view from the front bedrooms is awesome. There are several comfortable sitting areas and a large dining table. The beach was not crowded at all. Golf at Caledonia, Tru Blue, Heritage or Sporting Clays at Backwoods Quail Club are a short drive away. We will definitely come back!"
