"La maison est très accueillante, il ne manque rien. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse à l'ombre pour prendre un verre tranquillement. Le calme de la campagne est génial. Et le Futuroscope a 15min... Seul petit bémol: l'emplacement du lit double. Il aurait été plus judicieux de mettre les 4 lits simples dans la grande chambre pour les enfants et le lit double dans la chambre plus petite ("Colibri") pour plus d'intimité parentale. "

"A lovely holiday. The gite has a beautiful garden to sit in and is equipped to a very good standard.A warm welcome from René and Nicole on our arrival. We came to see the Châteaux of the Loire and there were many located very close to the gite. We didn't realise from the description that the bathroom was on a different floor to the bedrooms. This wasn't a problem for us, but could have been for others."

"A superbly presented house with great amenities and privacy within the house. With a hot tub, sauna and pool accessible, whatever the weather brings there is something for all to enjoy. Very safe and friendly for babies and pet dogs, with a secure garden and minimal excess furniture that babies could pull on and could fall on them. "We had a wonderful time. Frederic has a very special place; beautifully and thoughtfully presented with everything we could need for us and our two young children. The surroundings are hard to beat too - we explored local vineyards, castles and swimming lakes as well as lovely Chinon a short drive away. We wish we could have stayed longer - we would love to return and tick more off the list!"

"We travelled to Princay as a family of 16, 8 adults and 8 children between 4 and 8. It had been very hard finding a configuration of properties that suited us and this was exactly what we needed. The properties are converted and done in a way that is sympathetic to their original use, the floors and walls weren't all even, but it added to the charm for us. "Amazing value for money and location. Really well equipped apartments, spacious balcony and comfy beds. Kitchen didn't have any spare space for storing shopping to make the most of the self catering aspect, but we worked around it. Our apartment overlooked the car park but in fact, it was really quiet, not overlooked by other guests and our balcony had a grear view of the fortress."
