« Overall we had a great stay on our short visit. House was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Had wifi issues during a thunderstorm, but owner got it reset for us. This was close to our family we were visiting and would rent again. »

I don’t know what the vrbo listing meant by steps from the lake. Clearly not for swimming, though. The only bummer. Although the beach at Lance Park was also really rocky and we would recommend a slightly longer drive to Silver Lake Beach where the bottom was sandy and once the lifeguards leave at six you...

« We stayed at The Boat House recently as we were in town for a wedding. What a nice place! Right on the water. The owner was there in the mornings getting boat rentals ready for the day. He offered us use of some kayaks a paddle board and life jackets to use while we were there. Super nice guy! He even took the time to ask us how the wedding went when he saw us before check out. Would definitely stay again! »
