The location was perfect since we were planning on boating, it was close to the marina where the boat was. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our group of 8 adults, my only minor complaint would be that 2 of the bedrooms have small beds in them so it's not possible for couples to sleep together in them, especially if they are tall. Having two bathrooms was nice but one of them is an ensuite so it would have been better if both bathrooms were accessible to everyone. There is plenty of seating at the table and in the family room area which came in handy on the rainy day so we could gather as a group. All in all we enjoyed the house and the host was extremely quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in the Delevan area. ##### Christie K.
